Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

The 2025 EQUIP Exposition in Louisville, Kentucky, brought together the biggest names in Outdoor Power Equipment, and STIHL came ready to impress. Known for their German-engineered reliability and growing battery lineup, STIHL unveiled an impressive range of new tools that push performance, runtime, and quiet operation to a whole new level.

From backpack blowers that outperform gas models to mobile charging systems for entire crews, this year’s lineup proves that battery power is no longer a compromise, it’s the standard.

The Next Generation of Quiet Power:
BRA 200 & BRA 280

STIHL is raising the bar for professional landscapers and property maintenance crews with two all-new backpack blowers designed to be lighter, quieter, and smarter than ever. The BRA 200 and BRA 280 mark the next evolution in STIHL’s battery-powered lineup, bringing together advanced battery technology, intelligent controls, and whisper-quiet operation that perfectly fit today’s professional standards.

Both models are built for pros who need top-tier power without the fatigue, noise, or emissions of gas. Whether you’re maintaining city parks, clearing sidewalks at dawn, or managing residential properties, the BRA series is designed to keep pace with your day, powerfully and intelligently.

BRA 200
Releasing Winter 2026

Delivering 21 Newtons of blowing force, the BRA 200 provides more power than a 63cc gas blower while maintaining an incredibly low 64 dB(A) sound rating, over 40% quieter than traditional models. Weighing just 23 lbs with two AP 300 S batteries, it delivers up to 194 minutes of continuous runtime thanks to STIHL’s sequential dual-battery system, which automatically switches batteries for extended use.

With constant power output technology, performance stays consistent from the first trigger pull to the last second of battery life—no lag, no fade. Add in cruise control, variable speed settings, and tool-free battery access, and you’ve got a professional blower that prioritizes both comfort and efficiency.

If you need even more muscle, the BRA 280 takes everything great about the 200 and steps it up with 25% more blowing power (26 Newtons) and a smart handle-mounted HMI display that connects to the STIHL App for real-time battery data, speed adjustments, and service alerts. It’s still remarkably quiet at just 66 dB(A), weighing only 24 lbs with dual batteries.

The BRA 280 also includes energy-saving modes, an extendable nozzle, and a secure carrying hook, giving users full control over comfort, runtime, and reach on any job.

With smart controls, durable build quality, and the quiet power to work anywhere, the BRA 200 and BRA 280 prove that STIHL’s battery lineup isn’t just catching up, it’s leading the charge. These new models show exactly how battery power can deliver pro-grade performance without compromise.

Keep the Crew Powered:

CM 6 ProPower Hub Mobile
Releasing Fall 2025

Running multiple battery tools on the job? The new STIHL CM 6 ProPower Hub Mobile might just be your crew’s new favorite piece of equipment.

Launching Fall 2025, this trailer-ready, field-approved charging hub is built for professionals who can’t afford downtime. With plug-and-play functionality, the CM 6 requires no setup, just mount, plug in, and start charging. Six built-in sockets support up to six 4-port STIHL chargers, giving crews the ability to charge up to 24 batteries at once. That means you can fully recharge a full trailer’s worth of packs in a single night, 20 AP 300 S batteries in 10 hours, or 24 in 14 hours.

Need certain batteries ready first? The priority charging feature lets you control which packs get charged first, so your most important tools are always ready to go. The unit also includes LED charge indicators for quick visual status checks and an optional mounting bracket to free up valuable trailer or shop workspace.

For landscaping crews, municipalities, or contractors managing a growing fleet of STIHL battery tools, charging logistics can make or break efficiency. The CM 6 solves that by turning a single power source into a full-scale charging station, perfect for trailers, service trucks, or shop walls.

It’s an essential addition for anyone running STIHL’s expanding AP System lineup, and it represents a major step toward a fully mobile, battery-powered jobsite.

Lightweight, powerful, and engineered for the rigors of professional tree work, the MSA 190 T helps you work smarter and finish stronger, without sacrificing the performance STIHL pros rely on.

The MSA 190 T’s standard features make it one of the most advanced battery saws STIHL has ever produced. It delivers gas-level performance with 1.5 kW of cutting power, matching the trusted MS 194 T while eliminating fuel, reducing noise, and cutting down on maintenance. Its professional-grade brushless motor ensures long-lasting, maintenance-free reliability, while the variable-speed trigger provides precise control for delicate pruning or aggressive cutting. Weighing under ten pounds, it’s ideal for arborists who spend hours aloft, with a balanced design that improves maneuverability and comfort during extended use.

Includes a translucent oil tank for quick checks, a side-access chain tensioner for fast adjustments, and a throttle trigger interlock for added safety. The STIHL Quickstop chain brake stops chain rotation during certain kickback situations, activated by hand or inertia for greater protection. Plus, the electric motor keeps operation quiet, smooth, and consistent with reduced vibration.

Optional accessories like the Comfort Hook allow the saw to be carried horizontally on a climber’s harness, and the 2-in-1 Strap Adapter reduces tool weight by up to 2.75 pounds, making long climbs and extended cutting sessions easier on the user.

For professional arborists and tree-care crews, the MSA 190 T isn’t just a battery-powered alternative, it’s proof that STIHL can deliver gas-level power and pro-level precision in a cleaner, lighter, and more efficient package.
