If you’ve been keeping an eye on where cordless concrete tools are headed, World of Concrete 2026 is about to be one of the most important stops of the year, and DEWALT is showing up with some seriously heavy announcements.

DEWALT just revealed multiple new products debuting at World of Concrete, including two big additions to the POWERSHIFT system (their high-performance electrified concrete lineup) plus new tools in the 20V MAX XR platform built for crews doing forming, demo, spraying, and structural jobsite work.

The biggest debuts include two major additions to the POWERSHIFT concrete lineup:

The 12″ Cut-Off Saw
(DW-DCPS612AG2)
The 1-1/8″ Hex Demolition Hammer (DW-DCPS966AG2)

Plus, two new tools expanding the 20V MAX XR platform:

The 21° Plastic Collated Duplex Nailer
(DW-DCN910B)
The Concrete Chemical Sprayer
(DW-DCCS1100B)

POWERSHIFT 12″ Cut-Off Saw
(DW-DCPS612AG2)

This is the headline tool, and honestly the one a lot of people are going to be talking about after WOC. DEWALT is calling the POWERSHIFT 12″ Cut-Off Saw the most powerful cordless cut-off saw in the industry, and they’re not just comparing it to other battery models either, they’re claiming it sets the benchmark across battery and gas power sources and across blade sizes (12″ and 14″). That’s a bold statement, and if it performs the way DEWALT says it will, this could be a true “gamechanger” for concrete cutting.

The POWERSHIFT 12″ Cut-Off Saw is built for the kind of cutting jobs where gas saws usually run the show, deep concrete cuts, rebar, ductile iron, and other heavy materials that demand serious power. This isn’t designed to be a “nice-to-have” cutter for light work; it’s clearly aimed at crews who cut all day and need cordless performance that can actually keep up.

This saw can cut up to 4-3/4″ deep, and they’re backing it with some big productivity claims: up to 8 linear feet of concrete cutting at full depth per charge, or up to 156 cuts in #5 rebar on a single charge. It’s built with a gear-driven design to handle high-demand cutting loads, plus jobsite-friendly features like integrated base wheels for smoother control and faster adjustment, and an electric brake that stops the blade in as little as 3 seconds after you release the trigger, which is a huge deal if you’ve ever spent a full day behind a cut-off saw.

As far as timing, DEWALT says the POWERSHIFT cut-off saw is expected Fall 2026, and it will be available as a kit with two POWERSHIFT batteries and a charger. This is DEWALT swinging directly at the gas saw category, and if POWERSHIFT can really deliver gas-style output without the noise, fumes, and maintenance headaches, a lot of crews are going to start rethinking what cordless can replace.

POWERSHIFT 1-1/8″ Hex Demolition Hammer (DW-DCPS966AG2)

The other big POWERSHIFT addition for WOC is the new 1-1/8″ Hex Demolition Hammer, built for serious demo applications.

DEWALT is pushing a major number here: up to 45 joules of impact energy (EPTA measured). That kind of output tells you exactly who this tool is made for, the crews who break concrete for a living, not as an occasional side task.

The POWERSHIFT 1-1/8″ Hex Demolition Hammer is built for the heavy stuff, serious demolition work, breaking concrete slabs, and tackling hard materials where a standard rotary hammer just isn’t going to cut it. This is the kind of tool meant for crews who spend real time doing demo, not someone chipping out a little patch once in a while.

DEWALT is putting a major number behind this release: it delivers up to 45 joules of impact energy, and it’s engineered with an all-metal housing and barrel, translation: this thing is designed to survive demo life. It’s also part of DEWALT’s PERFORM & PROTECT lineup, featuring SHOCKS Active Vibration Control to help cut down vibration, reduce fatigue, and keep crews productive longer without getting beat up on the job.

One of the biggest workflows wins here is the dust control integration. The hammer includes WIRELESS TOOL CONTROL, so it can sync with and remotely activate compatible DEWALT dust extractors like the FLEXVOLT 60V MAX Dust Extractor (DW-DCV585B) or the 10-Gallon Dust Extractor (DW-DWV015) (sold separately). DEWALT expects it Spring 2026, available as a bare tool or as a kit with two POWERSHIFT batteries and a charger. Cordless demo is officially moving from “nice in theory” to “this might actually replace something,” and if this hammer delivers true 45J performance on-site, it’s going to be an absolute monster.

20V MAX XR Brushless 21° Plastic Collated Duplex Nailer
(DW-DCN910B)

This one is for the forming crews, and honestly, it’s an easy win because duplex nailing by hand is one of the fastest ways to hate your day.

DEWALT’s new 20V MAX XR Brushless 21° Duplex Nailer is built for the kind of work where speed matters and rework are not an option, think concrete formwork, temporary bracing, and scaffolding setups, where crews are constantly fastening and pulling fasteners back out again.

DEWALT says this nailer delivers up to 3X greater productivity compared to manual nailing, and they’re also calling it the industry’s lightest battery powered duplex nailer (tool only), which is a big deal when you’re running it all day on a forming job.

The DCN910B is compatible with DEWALT’s 21° Collated Duplex Nails – 8D 2-3/4″ x 0.131″ (DW-DN275) and DeWalt 21° Collated Duplex Nails – 16D 3-1/2″ x 0.131″ (DW-DN350) (sold separately), and it’s available now as a bare tool (battery and charger sold separately). Anything that saves time and keeps your hands from getting beat up is a win, and this is one of those tools where once a crew starts using it, there’s no going back.

20V MAX XR Brushless Concrete Chemical Sprayer
(DW-DCCS1100B)

Not the flashiest tool in the lineup, but definitely one of the most practical, because chemical spraying is nonstop on concrete jobsites.

DEWALT’s new 20V MAX XR Brushless Concrete Chemical Sprayer is built for concrete workflow applications where consistent pressure and flow control matter.

DEWALT’s 20V MAX XR Brushless Concrete Chemical Sprayer is built for the real-world demands of concrete jobsites, where consistent pressure and controlled output matter. It delivers up to 150 PSI of spray pressure, features a 10-speed adjustable flow rate, and can reach up to 0.8 gallons per minute, making it a serious option for chemical spraying applications around concrete work.

For mobility, DEWALT designed it with high-visibility backpack straps, so you’re not stuck dragging equipment around the jobsite, and it includes six changeable nozzles to match different spraying needs and materials. It’s a practical setup for crews that want flexibility without slowing down production.

It’s available now with options available as a bare tool. Sprayers aren’t “fun tools,” but they are real productivity tools, and this one checks the right boxes for concrete work with strong adjustability, solid power, and jobsite-friendly mobility.

At the end of the day, this is exactly why World of Concrete matters, it’s the one show every year where the biggest brands roll out what’s next for the crews who actually live in this work. And it’s not just “new tools because new tools” … it’s the next wave of jobsite solutions designed to help concrete pros cut faster, break more, work cleaner, and stay productive longer.

DEWALT’s 2026 announcements make it clear they’re pushing hard into that future, especially with POWERSHIFT stepping into territory that’s traditionally been owned by gas and corded equipment. Between the new 12″ cut-off saw, the 45J demolition hammer, and the practical 20V MAX XR additions made for forming and chemical spraying, this lineup feels focused on real workflow upgrades, the kind that save time, reduce fatigue, and keep crews moving.
