Milwaukee Outdoor Power Equipment Expansion

Milwaukee has an exciting new expansion to their Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) line set to release at the beginning of 2022! They will be offering a tool-only option of the M18 FUEL 10” Pole Saw so you can now purchase bare tool if you already have a battery and charger. They are also releasing two brand new versions of some of their most popular OPE tools–an 18” Hedge Trimmer and 14” Chainsaw, as well as a few new saw accessories. What better way to start off the new year than treating yourself to some new tools to keep your property looking better than ever!?

 M18 FUEL 18” Hedge Trimmer

The new 18” Hedge Trimmer has an unbeatable run-time and offers more control than other competitive models. The shorter blade allows for easier handling of the tool without compromising the performance. You can get up to 2 hours of run-time per charge, which is longer than any other on the market. The 18″ trimmer is more compact to get into those hard-to-reach places. This battery-powered model is much more efficient than gas powered trimmers, which saves you a lot of time and money. The power output on the 18” hedge trimmer is pretty impressive; you can cut up to ¾” branches 30% faster than the competition with sustained power that won’t get bogged down with use. This is a great tool for landscape maintenance, farm and ranch agriculture, and facility maintenance/repair.

M18 FUEL 14” Chainsaw

An updated chainsaw is in the works from Milwaukee as well. The new M18 FUEL 14” Chainsaw is a slightly smaller model of their popular M18 16” Chainsaw. This is a great tool for cutting in tight spaces and other smaller trade-specific applications. Cut through hardwoods faster than gas chainsaw models, reaching full-throttle in under 1 second. The battery life for these power tools is great, which is typical coming from Milwaukee. With this chainsaw you can get up to 150 cuts-per-charge, which is more than any other in the industry. It also features an automatic oiler for proper chain lubrication and increased productivity.

M18 FUEL 10” Pole Saw w/ Quik-Lok (Tool Only)

A tool only version of the 10” pole saw is now available so you can choose between the full kit or the tool only based on your needs. This pole saw has a QUIK-LOK coupler that is compatible with the hedge trimmer, edger, and string trimmer. It also has a padded grip for comfort and good hand placement. The variable-speed trigger provides instant power delivery with no ramp up and allows for trigger feathering. There is also a branch hook at the base of the saw that provides added leverage for branch removal.

As mentioned for the other new items, this pole saw has the power and runtime to get the job done in one go. This version comes with the tool, an extension rod, and a shoulder strap to prepare you for all your hard-to-reach cutting and trimming projects.

Saw Accessory Expansion

Last but not least, you will now be able to purchase 10″ and 16″ pole saw guide bars, and 14″ chainsaw guide bars and chains. This is part of Milwaukee’s strategy to have accessory guide bars and chains for all of their saw products.
