The Propane Advantage
Using a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG propane) powered saw has both economic and environmental benefits. With similar performance to standard carbon fueled engines, LPG saws provide longer engine life with lower maintenance costs. Engine life is extended due to less wear on the engine from substantially less carbon in the oil. Unlike standard gasoline engines, LPG engines have no shellac build up in the carburetors which typically creates fuel jet clogs. Costing less per gallon on average than gasoline, LPG propane is produced in the US and is one of the cleanest burning fuels available. It’s considered environmentally friendly due to the lack of greenhouse gasses released from the combustion of LPG propane in comparison to carbon based fuels.
Diamond Products has a collection of Propane Saws available, each with unique differentiating features and benefits. Designed to be clean, compact and efficient, Diamond Products is steering the industry in the right direction combining environmental protection and top-of-the-line machinery.

Saw Blades
Diamond Products offers wet or dry saw blades ranging in size from 4″ to 72″ depending on the type of machine you’re using. Their line of propane saws are compatible with 14″ – 30″ blades, with select models only compatible with certain sizes. With a wide range of quality grades, you can get inexpensive blades or high performing long lasting blades and everything in-between, all made with high safety standards in mind.
Wet Blades can be used mostly with large, walk behind saws. These typically are made with the specific hardness of the concrete in mind to maximize life and are best when used in poured, reinforced concrete. Wet/Dry blades are commonly used with handheld saws or smaller walk behinds for a wide range of concrete and other material applications. High Speedblades cut cured concrete, green concrete, asphalt, brick & block, and general purpose. There are also Cut-All Multipurpose blades available that are double segmented and able to cut a wider variety of masonry materials than the standard segmented blades.
