FLEX quickly made a name for themselves in the tool world and made an even bigger splash when they released their Stack Pack storage system. While many people argued that they didn’t need ANOTHER click together storage system option, the FLEX Stack Pack line took the market by storm because of some of their innovative features and accessories.
But if you know FLEX, you know their focus is always what’s next, so brace yourselves for an exciting update as FLEX is launching 14 all new Stack Pack additions that take organization to a whole new level.
New Modular Storage Systems
The FLEX Stack Pack system is known for being one of the most efficient modular storage designs due to their ability to store your items essentially anywhere–in the box, on the outside, even on the bottom of the lids! Now FLEX is adding even more organization options by adding 2 different drawer tool box options – the 3 drawer (FS1105) and 2 drawer (FS1106).
Both come with removable dividers and allow you to easily access your tools without the hassle of completely dismantling your stack as well as automatic locking mechanisms that ensure a secure closure, effectively preventing drawers from accidentally opening during transport. These both also feature a durable rust-resistant rails ensure the drawers open and close smoothly over a long life.
FLEX STACK PACK Deep Organizer (FS1303)
Flex also introduced a Deep Organizer that features a transparent lid so you can compartmentalize your items and easily see what you need. The lid can securely snap back into place with the two-piece durable lock. This deep organizer features a IP65 Water Proof coating but it not only protects your gear from water but all-weather and debris from the jobsite.
New Wall Mounting, Rails, and Brackets
Along with added organization, FLEX has also created options for wall mounting so that you can keep your STACK PACK organized in your workshop, garage, or wherever else you may need them! With all new wall rails, mounting brackets, and mounts, you can easily transition your tools from the wall to the ground when you need to take them on the move.
They have also added a Folding Rack Shelf (FS1502) that features a 70-pound load capacity for tools, materials, and accessories; a zero clearance design to fold flat and close flush when not in use; and an integrated side rack bar to hang your tools and other items from on the sides additional storage or easy access.
FLEX STACK PACK Box Mount Kit, 10-Piece (FSM1501-10)
Secure your STACK PACK storage units to the walls of your trailer, garage, or workshop using the STACK PACK Box Mount Kit, 10-Piece. This comprehensive kit consists of 2 Wall-Mount Rails and 4 sets of Mounting Brackets. This features a 16-on-center design to mount on walls with standard 16-inch spacing. The wall-mount rail allows easy transition setup on a wall in seconds without tools. Similar to the folding rack shelf, this wall-mount has a 70-pound load capacity. The mounting brackets support mounting to STACK PACK Rolling Tool Box Mounts (FS1504) which features all of the same benefits that the mounting kit does (sold separately) and the included Wall-Mount Rails for easy transitions. You can also purchase the 2 Wall-Mount Rails (FS1503-2) and 4 sets of Mounting Brackets (FS1505-4) separately.
New Soft Storage Systems
FLEX is also introducing 2 soft storage options that are STACK PACK compatible. The Hand Tool Pouch (FS1202) features 6 pockets for easy hand tool organization and a hanging hook and steel clip that allows you to hang the pouch from belts, rack rail attachments, or anywhere else you can easily access on the job.
The 16” Tote (FS1201) on the other hand is much larger, featuring 44 pockets and slots plus a large removable divider to keep everything you need well organized and protected. Both are made of ultra-durable 1680D high-density ballistic polyester to stand up to wear and tear wherever you take them.
New STACK PACK Accessories
Finally, FLEX has added a few options that may look familiar if you’re currently using a certain other modular storage system. The new Dolly (FS1701) that allows you to easily transport your STACK PACK and tools around the shop or jobsite, a Cabinet (FS1107) that you can add to your wall system or take on the go with you, a Crate (FS1104) with an open top so that you can quickly and easily grab what you need, and a Worktop (FS1401) that you can add to the top of your stack to create a mobile work surface.
FLEX STACK PACK Dolly (FS1701)
Built to withstand a 250-pound load capacity for tools, materials, and accessories. The dolly also features 360-degree 4-inch casters designed to smoothly glide while being tough enough to handle jobsites. Quick-connect latches deliver fast and effortless interlocking connectivity so you can quickly stack and unstack toolboxes, while foot brakes lock your stacked load in place. A folding storage hook allows the dolly to hang from STACK PACK Rack Rail attachments (FS1603 and FS1604-2) (sold separately) when not in use, and side grab handles allow for easy maneuverability.
FLEX STACK PACK Cabinet (FS1107)
The FLEX STACK PACK Cabinet provides a spacious interior, perfectly suited for accommodating larger tools such as rear-handled circular saws. Its automatic locking door ensures a firm and secure closure, guaranteeing that the door remains shut even during transportation to various jobsites. This cabinet features an onboard security bar that allows you to lock the door prevent theft.
FLEX STACK PACK Crate (FS1104)
This crate features swift and effortless connectivity, provided by the quick-connect latches, allowing you to easily stack and unstack additional crates or toolboxes, thus enabling a fully personalized STACK PACK arrangement. Made from non-marring rubber feet to protect the surface from scrapes and scratches.
FLEX STACK PACK Worktop (FS1401)
Transform your STACK PACK configuration into a portable work surface using the FLEX STACK PACK Worktop. This worktop is equipped with a sturdy ¾-inch renewable plywood surface, combining durability with easy transportability, making it well-prepared for on-the-go tasks at the jobsite.
The worktop features storage bins and onboard hand tool racks integrated into its design for easy access to bits, screws, fasteners, and hand tools when you’re on the job. A folding storage hook provides secure storage and easy transport when hung from STACK PACK rack rails.
Most of these new FLEX STACK PACK additions will be shipping out in mid-October but the mounting pieces will not be shipping out until mid-November.
