The new Milwaukee concrete vibrator was designed to provide consistent starts and the most reliable pours along with the power to push up to 2-1/2” heads with no gas headaches. Concrete vibrators are a necessity on the jobsite for almost all commercial concrete pours, removing air pockets from the concrete to ensure a strong and high quality finish without honeycombing. If you utilize concrete for flatwork, footing, wall, column, duct bank, light pole pours or transmission line foundation, this tool has the versatility and power to work for your application.
As users have grown accustomed to with the cordless Milwaukee MX FUEL line, this concrete vibrator features a POWERSTATE Brushless motor and is powered by an MX FUEL REDLITHIUM battery. The powerful motor allows this tool to push up to 2-1/2” heads at over 11,000 VPM (vibrations per minute) for optimal consolidation, even in the stiffest concrete. With a 7′ shaft, the MX FUEL Concrete Vibrator can consolidate up to 70 yds3 per charge with a 1-1/2” head. It also features REDLINK PLUS Intelligence, ensuring optimal performance and providing overload protection to preserve the tool and battery during heavy operation.
The Concrete Vibrator Kit includes two 6.0Ah MX FUEL REDLITHIUM battery packs, providing instant power with no gas headaches. This means that the concrete vibrator requires no regular maintenance like most competing models do, and it also generates up to 50% less noise than gas, a reduced amount of vibration for increased user comfort, and zero emissions for a safer workspace whether you’re indoors or outdoors. The push-button start eliminates the time and repetition of a pull-start, reducing downtime and fatigue. While 6.0Ah batteries are included, the backpack vibrator is compatible with all MX FUEL REDLITHIUM batteries. As an added feature, while the tool runs, it will provide haptic feedback when the battery is at 10% and 2% of life, indicating that it’s time to consider changing the battery.

The MX FUEL Concrete Vibrator was not only designed for power, but for practicality as well. The modular, backpack design is easily portable and allows you to remove the harness for when you’re working on walls and columns. The tool also includes a wireless remote, giving you the ability to turn the machine on from up to 30 feet away. This allows for more freedom when using long whips, which it can accept up to 21 ft. long without sacrificing any of the power. The cordless design also eliminates the need for extension cords, improving safety by removing the possibility of trip hazards or cords near standing water. Another added feature is Cold Start–allowing you to start the tool in temperatures as low as -4° F by automatically going into a prolonged soft-start. The integrated LED light will indicate that the tool is under 10,000 VPM and that you should wait until it is fully warmed up before use.
Along with the concrete vibrator’s built-in parts and features, different length shafts as well as replacement vibrator heads, harnesses, remotes and adapters are all available separately as needed. The MX FUEL Backpack Concrete Vibrator is also ONE-KEY Compatible, allowing you to track, manage and secure your equipment from your mobile device or computer.
