The MX Fuel Breaker MXF368-1XC has arrived alongside other MX Fuel Tools, such as the Cut-Off Saw and Core Drill. MX Fuel is the latest phase of the Milwaukee cutting the cord revolution. This Breaker is outfitted to do the job and then some with comparable specs as it’s competing corded models.
Weighing as one of the lightest in it’s class at only 63.9lbs with battery, the MX Breaker still pacts a huge punch. The impact energy output is 50 ft/lb. Which is in-line or even better than some of the leading corded models.
Vibration is measured at 4.9m/s2 rating and it’s almost non existent as all the work is happening at the waist, piratically eliminating the vibration in the handles. If you watch the video above, as Joe is hammering, the top looks as if it’s hardly moving, which is a huge benefit when going all day.
As any ‘cut the cord’ decision is made, what is the run time? We haven’t done any real testing ourselves, but Milwaukee claims “2 tons of broken material” in other words, a 40′ trench that is 12″ wide and 6″ deep.
