New year, new Milwaukee tools! Milwaukee has expanded their best-in-class lineup of M12 FUEL Ratchets yet again with the introduction of their new M12 FUEL High Speed Ratchets. The new ratchets are available in 1/4″ and 3/8” and deliver top-of-the-line productivity with 450 RPM and the fastest speeds in the industry for installing and removing fasteners.
Like all of Milwaukee’s M12 FUEL products, the new High Speed Ratchets feature their POWERSTATE Brushless Motor, REDLITHIUM Battery Pack (with Kits) and REDLINK PLUS Intelligence Hardware and Software. The POWERSTATE Brushless Motor delivers up to 35% faster speeds than competitor ratchets and up to 35 ft-lbs. of max torque, ensuring power that rivals even pneumatic tools. The REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence delivers unmatched performance, durability and run-time.
Milwaukee designed the new line of High Speed Ratchets with size in mind. The new models have the most compact head size in their class (0.75″) and a recessed shift knob, allowing more access in tight spaces that other cordless and pneumatic ratchets can’t reach. The LED light illuminates any work area and the on-board battery fuel gauge displays your remaining run time. If needed or desired, the new High Speed Ratchets can also be used manually without engaging the motor to break loose and snug tight fasteners that require more torque. A steel yoke housing and premium rubber overmold designed to withstand corrosive materials delivers superior durability to withstand shop and jobsite use.
For added ease of use and protection, Milwaukee has also created a Tall Shift Knob Assembly for each size of the new ratchets (49-06-2566, 49-06-2567) as well as a High Speed Ratchet Protective Boot (49-16-2567). When replacing the original anvil assembly, the shift knob assembly allows for easier directional change and mobility. The Protective Boot can be used on both the 1/4″ and 3/8″ High Speed Ratchets to provide a lightweight, durable solution to protect the tool and work surface. The form-fitting rubber design is able to withstand the corrosive materials you can frequently encounter in maintenance environments without adding significant weight or size to the tool.
