Feast your eyes on the all-new MX FUEL Pipe Threading Machine; the industry’s first ever cordless pipe threading machine. With MX battery technology, Milwaukee has provided the gift of freedom throughout the jobsite; thanks to the rugged, durable wheels on the bottom and the spring-assisted cart for transportation and easy setup and teardown, you can say goodbye to bringing your work to the machine. Thanks to its cordless capabilities, you’re able to work in a variety of environments and bring the machine with you wherever you need it to be on the jobsite. The self-oiling machine distributes oil directly onto the pipe, and then is contained in an oil reservoir to keep your oil and shavings from spilling and away from the ground. Even during vertical transportation and storage, this reservoir removes the risk of leaks or spills while also saving space while not in use.
Some jobs or projects require both threading and grooving on pipes, and one of the most time-consuming and frustrating things during those jobs is having to swap between a pipe threader and roll groover to take care of business. Milwaukee has eliminated the need for the additional step by including a second rear hammer chuck on the new Pipe Threader, enabling a connection to roll grooving attachments and providing the ability to do both without needing to tear anything down or set any additional workstations up.
An NPT Pipe Threading Die Head (included with kit) automatically releases for each thread and includes Micro-Adjust for easier and more controlled die adjustments, for consistent-quality threads over time. The kit also includes 2 of Milwaukee’s XC406 batteries, which are able to provide up to 140 3/4” cuts, reams, and threads per charge, as well as enabling the tool to thread up to 2″ black iron, stainless steel, rigid metal conduit (RMC), and more. The machine also features 2 speed settings, enabling you to choose what speed is needed for the application you’re using the tool for. The first speed operates at 36 Rotations Per Minute (RPM), while the High Speed setting runs 57 RPMs, optimizing it for accessories and unlocking the fastest threading experience possible.
